Board Meeting Agendas & Minutes

Board meetings are open to audit by the General Membership. An agenda for each meeting will be available on MHA's website, Facebook, and the bulletin board at the MAC. Any General Member wishing to present business to the Board may bring their concern to be placed on the agenda. This is usually during the start of the meeting, ensuring there is time for Members' voices to be heard. There is no guarantee that unannounced topics will either get heard or resolved. Comments or questions shall be received from any interested parties prior to a vote being taken on that issue. You can also email agenda items to the MHA Secretary up to 12-hours in advance, secretary@mustanghockey.com.
