Goalie Development

MHA will be offering 10 development clinics for MHA House goalies. Trachel Kleiber of Tri-Valley Goaltending will be providing instruction. The goal of these station-based clinics is to advance the positional understanding and fundamental aspects of ice hockey goaltending through on and off ice training of players and coaches. Competition goalies will receive 20 single instructor instruction during regular season practices from AK Goaltending instructors.

Competition goalies receive private coaching during regular practice frequently each month. This allows for one-on-one instruction and an opportunity to immediately apply concepts with same-aged and skilled players. Once again, MHA is proud to welcome Seawolf alum Chris Kamal, a University of Alaska goaltender posting a 21-38-5 record over four years in net. He has also served as an assistant coach for the Seawolves.
